Unholy Molè Pepper Sauce

Unholy Molè is a delicious and very spicy sauce based on a traditional Mexican molè recipe, but we ditched the wimpy Guajillo and Ancho peppers and substituted fresh, USA-grown, artisan super-hot chili peppers including Carolina Reaper, Scotch Bonnet, and Chocolate Bhutlah.

But don’t be afraid. It may be hotter than your dad’s Tabasco, but it also packs a ton of flavor. Use on grilled chicken and wings for sure, but it also tastes great on everything from tacos to pizza!
